In a recent survey by US News and World Report, 4 of the 5 Best Hospitals for Orthopaedics use OBERD's unified platform to collect their Patient-Reported Outcomes Data.
The rankings, published August 8, 2017, analyzed data from nearly 5,000 medical centers and survey responses from more than 30,000 physicians to rank hospitals in 16 adult specialties from cancer to urology. The information presented is based on approximately 1,640 hospitals in Orthopedics that see many challenging patients; listed hospitals had to treat at least 289 such Medicare inpatients in 2013, 2014 and 2015. The 50 top-scoring hospitals are ranked in the publication.
